Mae Wear Returns Policy

At Mae Wear, our passion is creating loungewear you'll want to live in, blending comfort and style seamlessly. We're thrilled you chose us, and we want you to love your Mae Wear pieces as much as we do. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help!

Returns

We offer store credit for all returns. Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds. To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Items must be free of any stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.

How to Return 

  1. Return Form: Fill out the Return Form on the bottom of this page. 
  2. Prepare Your Package: Place the items you wish to return in the original packaging (if possible) and include your order number and return authorization.
  3. Ship It Back: Use a trackable shipping method to send your return to the address provided on the label. 

Store Credit

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
  • If approved, your store credit will be issued in the form of an electronic gift card for the value of the returned item(s), minus any shipping costs.
  • You will receive your store credit via email within 7 business days after we have processed your return.

Final Sale Items

Please note that all sale items, gift cards, and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or style, please return your item for store credit and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work quickly to resolve the issue by providing a replacement or issuing store credit.

Mae Wear Warranty Policy

If you encounter any issues with your Mae Wear items, our warranty policy is here to help.

Warranty Coverage

Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 60 days from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to all Mae Wear clothing and accessories. 

 

What is Covered

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Faulty stitching
  • Broken zippers
  • Fabric flaws

What is Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by improper care or accidents
  • Alterations made by the customer
  • Items without proof of purchase

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

  1. Contact Customer Service: Email our Customer Service team at support@shopmaewear.com with a detailed description of the issue and photos of the defect.
  2. Verification: Our team will review your claim and may request additional information or photos.
  3. Approval: If your claim is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the defective item.

Warranty Resolution

  • Repair: If the defect can be repaired, we will fix the item and return it to you.
  • Replacement: If the item cannot be repaired, we will replace it with the same item or a similar item of equal value.
  • Store Credit: If a repair or replacement is not possible, we will issue store credit for the value of the item.

Shipping Costs

  • Mae Wear will cover the cost of shipping for the return of defective items and the shipment of repaired or replaced items.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may apply.
